Built-in WiFi – Control from Anywhere: Connect directly to 2.4GHz WiFi only (no hub required) and remotely control your smart door lock via the KK Home App. Compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant for hands-free voice control. Perfect for families, busy professionals, and smart home enthusiasts seeking secure, convenient, and modern home access
Full App Control & Secure Sharing: Effortlessly smart lock permission, manage users, share codes, and customize settings through the KK Home App. All data is protected by AES-128 encryption and stored locally for maximum privacy, making this keyless entry door lock safe for your home or office
5 Smart Ways to Unlock: Unlock via App, Fingerprint (supports up to 20 users), Passcode (up to 100 codes), Backup Keys (2 included), or Voice Control — compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant. Suitable for front doors, side doors, offices, apartments, and rental properties
Long-Lasting Battery & Low-Battery Indicator: Upgraded to 8 AA batteries — double the power of standard 4-battery Wi-Fi locks, delivering extended battery life and significantly more stable Wi-Fi connectivity. The KK Home App sends timely low-battery alerts, so you’re never caught off guard
Certified Durability & Weather Resistant: BHMA Grade 3 certified and rated IP55 for outdoor weather resistance. Designed to perform reliably in rain, snow, and varying temperatures. Includes Silent Mode, Away Mode, and backlit keypad for nighttime or low-light operation
Break-in Detection & Anti-Peeping Password: Automatically locks for 3 minutes after 10 consecutive incorrect PIN attempts and sends instant break-in alerts via the app. Anti-peep password feature allows entering random numbers before or after the correct code for added security
Auto-Lock & One-Touch Security:Easily adjust auto-lock time (10–180s) right in the app, or lock up in 2 seconds on your way out with a simple touch. If anyone enters 10 wrong PINs, the lock alerts you instantly to keep your home safe
Easy Installation: Installs in 10–15 minutes with a screwdriver (not included) — no drilling required. Fits doors with 1-3/8″–2″ thickness, 2-3/8″ or 2-3/4″ backset, and standard 2-1/8″ (54 mm) or 1-1/2″ (38 mm) bore holes. Supports both left- and right-handed doors
Reliable Warranty & Support: Backed by a 2-year warranty and lifetime after-sales support, including 24/7 email assistance and weekday phone support (Mon–Fri, 9:00 am–5:00 pm PST)
Customers find the door lock easy to use with a user-friendly app and appreciate its fingerprint recognition feature, noting that fingerprints work first touch every time. Moreover, the programming process is straightforward, and customers like its appearance, with one mentioning how the brushed nickel finish matched their existing door hardware perfectly. However, the battery life is concerning, with customers reporting it goes through batteries quickly. Additionally, connectivity experiences are mixed, with some easily connecting to WiFi while others struggle to reconnect, and security features receive mixed feedback, with some customers reporting being locked out of their homes.
