Customers find the safe highly secure, protecting important documents and valuables, and appreciate its sturdy build. However, the functionality receives mixed reviews – while some say it works well, others report it only works about 1 in 100 tries. Moreover, the ease of use is problematic as customers struggle to open it, and the durability is concerning with reports of the plastic handle breaking after two days. Additionally, the locking mechanism and weight receive mixed feedback, with some praising the double locking system while others report issues with the lock mechanism, and some find it heavy while others consider it lightweight.
