【Triple-Lock Design, Easy for Adults】 Unlock by pressing and holding both the upper and lower buttons on the handle while lifting the gate upward. The coordinated 3-action design makes it harder for toddlers to operate yet simple for adults. Ideal for doorways, kitchens, hallways, and compatible stairways.
【No-Drill Pressure Mount or Hardware Mount】 This indoor dog gate offers two installation options. Choose no-drill pressure mounting for standard doorways, hallways, and suitable bottom-of-stairs openings, or use the included hardware mounting with screws for reinforced installation. Hardware mounting is recommended for top-of-stairs use.
【Auto-Close & Two-Way Swing】This baby gate with door automatically swings closed when opened less than 90°, helping reduce the chance of accidentally leaving it open. Open it to about 90° or wider to keep it open while carrying groceries or moving larger items. The 180° two-way swing lets you open the gate in either direction, whichever way is more convenient.
【Heavy-Duty & 260N Force Tested】 This heavy-duty baby gate is tested to withstand 260 N (about 60 lbf) of horizontal force—nearly 2X the ASTM F1004 minimum horizontal push-out requirement of 30 lbf. The sturdy metal frame and wide wall cups help distribute pressure and improve installation stability.
【Versatile Protection for Everyday Spaces】Use this baby gate for doorways and hallways to help create defined spaces for babies and pets. At the bottom of stairs, it helps create a boundary around stair access; in kitchens, it helps keep little hands and paws away from hot appliances, sharp knives, and other cooking hazards; in laundry rooms, it helps keep babies and pets away from laundry detergents. For top-of-stairs use, hardware mounting is recommended.
【Measure for the Right Fit – Fits 26–40″ Openings】For the best fit, measure your opening before ordering. This gate is designed for openings 26–40″ wide and at least 30″ high. Pressure mounting works best between flat, sturdy surfaces that face each other. Keeping the gate upright and level, with the bottom rail parallel to the floor, helps support smooth closing and everyday use.
【A Small Gap Before Installation Is Normal】You may notice a small gap between the gate frame and latch when you first unpack the gate. This is part of the pressure-mount design. As the four tension bolts are adjusted evenly against the mounting surfaces, the gap gradually closes and the latch comes into alignment. The tension bolts simply slide into the mounting holes—they do not screw into the gate itself.
