Customers find the toaster visually appealing and appreciate its appearance, with one noting it matches well with black stainless appliances. However, the quality and reliability receive mixed feedback – while some say it’s the best toaster they’ve owned, others report it stopped working altogether. Moreover, the durability is concerning, with multiple customers reporting it didn’t last a year before breaking. Additionally, customers complain about uneven toasting, burnt edges, and issues with the push-down lever not staying down. The value for money is negative, with customers saying it’s not worth the price.
