Customers find the mattress comfortable, with one noting it’s the most comfortable bed they’ve ever slept on. Moreover, they report improved sleep quality, with one mentioning it completely changed their sleep patterns, and they appreciate its back support, particularly for lower back and hip pain relief. Additionally, the mattress is odorless and works well in campers and RVs. However, the firmness and size receive mixed feedback – while some find the perfect balance of firmness and plush, others say it’s too soft, and while some find the size perfect, others say it’s several inches too short. The inflation process also gets mixed reviews, with some reporting it fully expanded in an afternoon while others say it didn’t inflate to the advertised 8 inches.
