Customers find the mattress to be of good quality and easy to set up, with positive feedback about its cooling properties and quick expansion. However, the firmness receives mixed reviews, with some finding it too firm. Moreover, the size is problematic, with customers noting it’s larger than a queen size and measuring more like 4.5 to 5 inches thick. Additionally, comfort is a concern as customers report feeling like they’re sleeping on a rock, and opinions on value are divided between those who find it worth the money and those who say it’s not worth it.
