Product description

How often should I apply PE-51?

PE-51 is used on an as-need basis. We just recommend using PE-51 when you start to smell urine odors . If you have children on your turf, we recommend using PE-51 more often to get rid of any bacteria in your grass. Seasonal changes need frequent use

How often should this be applied?

Application frequency depends on area size, # of pets, and seasonal changes. Use as needed when urine odors return. Some apply weekly, others before rain or during seasonal shifts. For best results, apply during cooler times—early morning or evening.

Can it be used in all weather conditions?

PE-51 enzymes stay dormant until activated by moisture. If left dry, they may break down into powder. For best results, apply during cooler times—early morning or evening—avoiding heat and direct sun.

Can this cleaner be used on multiple outdoor surfaces?

Yes, this enzyme cleaner can be used on multiple outdoor surfaces such as artificial grass, real grass, concrete, clay soil, and patio furniture.

How long does the scent last after application?

The scent is clean, fresh, and not overpowering. Duration varies—some report it lasts a week, others say it fades quickly. On average, results last 1–2 weeks before reapplication is needed. Regular use may help maintain freshness longer.

PET URINE ODOR ELIMINATOR FOR ARTIFICIAL TURF: This outdoor turf cleaner breaks down the odor-causing proteins in dog pee instead of masking them, so pet urine smell is removed from synthetic grass, patio and concrete surfaces rather than covered up.
PE-51 / PE51 DOG URINE NEUTRALIZER: The PE51 enzyme formula digests uric acid and waste proteins at the source, working as a heavy duty turf deodorizer on artificial grass, dog runs and kennel flooring.
WORKS OVER ZEOLITE INFILL AND SYNTHETIC TURF: Safe to apply over zeolite infill, silica sand and crumb rubber. The concentrate soaks through the turf backing to reach urine trapped in the infill layer, where surface-only sprays stop short.
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PET URINE CLEANER: All-natural, enzymatic and biodegradable, so it is safe around kids, pets and plants. Use this professional strength organic yard deodorizer on dog runs, doggy daycare pens, kennels and fenced backyards.
ARTIFICIAL GRASS MAINTENANCE KIT – 1 GALLON CONCENTRATE + 32OZ SPRAYER: The economy pack pairs a full gallon of PE-51 concentrate with a hose-end sprayer, so you can treat the whole yard and re-treat as needed for routine turf maintenance.
Customers find the deodorizer effective at neutralizing dog urine odors and appreciate its ease of use, with one mentioning it’s easy to apply with a hose. The product works well on artificial turf, with one customer noting it performs exceptionally well in Nevada’s hot sun. While some customers consider it well worth the money, others find it pricey.
