Customers find the mop does a fantastic job on tile floors, with the built-in wringer working well. However, the durability is concerning as the sponge falls apart after a short time and the mop head tears within months. Moreover, assembly experiences are mixed, with some finding it very easy to assemble while others struggle with the sponge installation. Additionally, the mop’s absorbency receives mixed feedback, with several customers noting it doesn’t soak up liquid properly, and mobility issues, with one customer mentioning the squeeze handle moves a lot while mopping. While some customers consider it a fairly good buy for the price, others find it wasteful.
