Wired PIR Motion Sensor
This wired PIR motion sensor is designed for indoor motion detection, security and occupancy applications. It uses a dual pyroelectric infrared sensing element to detect changes in infrared energy caused by human movement within the detection area.
The sensor operates on DC 9–16V power, with 12V DC recommended, and provides an NC/NO dry contact output for connection to compatible hardwired equipment. The factory setting is NC (normally closed), and the output mode can be adjusted using the J2 jumper.

Installation
Fix the detector bracket to the wall with screws first, then hang the detector. Mount the detector at approximately 2.2 m (7.2 ft) above the floor, and the detector should be at an angle of 6-12 degrees to the wall.
Avoid placing the sensor directly toward air conditioners, electric fans, refrigerators, ovens, windows or other objects that may cause rapid temperature changes. Keep the area in front of the lens unobstructed for reliable detection.
MOTION SENSOR FOR HOME SECURITY — This wired motion sensor uses dual passive infrared (PIR) detection to detect human movement indoors, with a 32 ft (10 m) detection range and 110° detection angle. Designed for wired home alarm and security applications.
PIR MOTION SENSOR WITH DRY CONTACT — Provides a voltage-free NC/NO output for wired alarm panels. The output does not supply power; it simply opens or closes the contact according to the selected NC/NO configuration, the factory setting is N.C. (normally closed).
