Whitmor offers a wide variety of convenient, energy, and space-saving drying racks and this versatile Spacemmaker™ Drying Rack is the perfect laundry day companion. Reduce electrical consumption and get fresh-smelling clothes at the same time with this durable resin drying rack. From delicate hand-washables to everyday loads of laundry, this Spacemaker™ Drying Rack offers a simple solution for conveniently air-drying clothes. Traditional machine dryers can sometimes shrink, stretch or generally be harsh on certain fabrics. This drying rack gently and safely dries fabric, helping to maintain the quality of clothes longer. Even more, it requires zero energy which leans lower overall costs when it comes to monthly energy bills. The new design can be leaned against a wall or folded over the tub or sink providing drying space in a small footprint. When not in use, the piece stores flat and slips easily beside a washing machine, in a closet, or behind a door. Easy no-tool assembly.
Mounting Type: Freestanding
Customers find the drying rack perfect for small spaces, particularly in apartments and balconies. However, the assembly and stability receive mixed feedback – while some find it super easy to assemble, others say it’s very difficult to put together, and many report issues with the rods falling out. Moreover, durability and sturdiness are significant concerns, with customers reporting that the plastic prongs break easily and the rack isn’t sturdy enough to hold items like jeans. Value for money is also mixed, with some considering it good for the price while others say it’s not worth the money.
