Customers find the smart lock easy to install and appreciate its features, particularly the fingerprint system that works perfectly and allows adding multiple fingerprints. Moreover, the lock is easy to use, with programming fingerprints being straightforward, and customers consider it good value for money. However, connectivity experiences are mixed, with some reporting no issues while others experience connection problems.
