Customers find the door lock to be of good quality, easy to install, and convenient with keyless entry. They appreciate its appearance and programming features, with one customer mentioning the ability to program separate codes for cleaning staff. However, the durability receives mixed reviews, with several customers reporting it breaking within three months of use. The value for money and locking mechanism also get mixed feedback, with some finding it good for the price while others say you get what you pay for, and some customers report issues with it getting stuck halfway to locking.
