Customers find the mattress topper comfortable, with one noting it feels like home, and they appreciate its back support, saying it makes their body feel painless. Moreover, the product improves sleep quality, with one customer mentioning their wife’s snoring has been eliminated. However, the topper receives mixed feedback regarding stability, with several customers reporting it slides off the mattress. Additionally, the cooling effect is negative, with customers saying it’s not cooling at all and can be hotter than the mattress itself.
