Customers find these hotel pillows to be of hotel quality, offering great value for money and excellent sleep quality, with many noting they no longer wake up with sore necks. The pillows fluff up quickly in the dryer and maintain their shape well. Regarding support and flatness, opinions are mixed – while some find they provide good neck support and don’t flatten, others report little to no support and immediate flattening when lying on them. Size opinions are also divided, with some loving the size while others find them too large.
