Customers find these pillows excellent in quality and appreciate their appearance as decorative shams, noting they sleep better and wake up without neck pain. The softness and support receive mixed feedback – while some find them not too firm or too soft, others say they’re too firm, and while some report good support, others say they have no support at all. The pillows fluff up great and hold up well, though some report they fall apart at the seams.
