Customers find the smart lock to be of good quality and easy to install, with the app being straightforward to navigate. However, the lock’s reliability and ease of use receive mixed feedback – while some say it works perfectly and is easy to use, others report issues with the keypad stopping to work and find it frustrating to operate. Moreover, durability and value for money are also mixed aspects, with some units lasting many years of heavy use while others fail within weeks, and some customers consider it worth the buy while others say it’s not worth the money. Additionally, the fingerprint functionality and WiFi connectivity receive mixed reviews, with some saying the fingerprint works well while others report issues with recognition not working consistently, and many customers complain about WiFi connectivity problems.
