Customers find the robotic vacuum performs well, effectively picking up dirt, hair, and random debris, while being easy to set up and use with the app controlling everything. Moreover, the mapping and navigation features work great, with the vacuum mapping out 1800 sq foot homes quickly. However, stability receives mixed feedback – while it rarely gets stuck, the main brush gets stuck every 2-3 minutes.
