Customers find the pillow to be the best choice for side sleepers, providing good support and allowing them to sleep well. However, the firmness and pain relief aspects receive mixed feedback – while some say it feels great, others find it too firm, and while some report reduced neck pain, others say it caused more pain. Moreover, comfort and value for money opinions are divided, with some finding it uncomfortable and not worth the price. Additionally, the size receives negative feedback, with customers noting it’s small and too large around the neck.
