Customers find the pillow to be of good quality and say it allows for a good night’s sleep without neck pain. The cooling feature receives mixed feedback – while some find it effective, others say it doesn’t cool enough. The support and firmness are also mixed aspects, with some praising the neck and head support while others find it provides little to no support, and while some appreciate the perfect firmness/softness balance, others find it too firm. The pillow’s weight is criticized as being ridiculously heavy, and its flatness is a concern as it goes flat within weeks of use. Value for money opinions are divided between those who find it well worth the money and those who say it’s not worth the price.
