Customers find the hose reel attractive in appearance and appreciate its functionality, with one noting it works well with a 100-foot hose. However, the capacity receives mixed feedback – while some say it holds 100 feet well, others report it doesn’t fit the advertised length. Moreover, the size is criticized as being too small for a 100-foot hose, and customers find it difficult to get the hose in and out. Additionally, the sturdiness and ease of use are concerns, with customers noting the handle is flimsy and the reel gets stuck when pulling it out. The value for money and weight also receive mixed reviews, with some finding it good for the price and lightweight, while others consider it not worth the money and too light for winding.
