Customers praise the office chair’s appearance, adjustability, and sturdiness, noting it provides great back support and helps with hip and back pain. However, the lumbar support receives mixed feedback, with some finding it ample and firm while others say it’s practically non-existent. Moreover, stability is a concern as the armrests move around constantly, and ergonomics is mixed, with some finding it ergonomically suitable while others note the seat feels slanted forward. Value for money is also mixed, with some considering it worth the investment while others express dissatisfaction with the price.
