1 TV Connection 2 TV Audio Setting

Why no sound via HDMI ARC?

Ensure your TV’s HDMI port has the ARC label. Set TV audio to PCM (not Dolby). Then press MODE on the soundbar or remote to select ARC.

Bluetooth can’t find or pair with the soundbar?

Press MODE to enter BT mode (the “bb” blinks). Disconnect any previously paired device first. It will auto‑connect to the last device next time.

Remote control not working?

Replace the batteries. Move closer (within 15m / 50ft). If it still fails, contact our support for a replacement.

Static or buzzing when using Optical/Coaxial?

Set your TV’s audio format to PCM 2‑channel. Do not use Dolby. Also make sure your TV is set to “external speaker” mode.

Is this a soundbar with two extra separate speakers?
