Customers find the motion sensor alarm system to be a lifesaver, providing peace of mind and allowing them to sleep without worrying about loved ones wandering. The device is sensitive enough to detect movement reliably, though some find it too sensitive to subtle movements. While customers appreciate that it wakes them up without scaring them, they express concerns about its reliability, with reports of it randomly going off every minute and receivers stopping working. The volume control receives mixed feedback, with customers wishing it had a switch to lower it.
