Customers find the paint pen works well for small touch-ups and is easier to use than a regular paint brush. They appreciate its effectiveness for covering minor imperfections like scuffs and nail holes, and one customer mentions it’s great for quick touch-ups on walls and furniture. The product is not refillable and can only be used once, which customers consider a drawback. While some customers report the paint doesn’t dry out between uses, others mention it dries up quickly. The durability receives mixed reviews, with several customers reporting that the mechanism breaks when turning it counterclockwise.
