Customers find the showerhead easy to install with clear instructions and appreciate its functionality, particularly the handheld sprayer. The water pressure is significantly improved, and the appearance is fantastic. However, the build quality is criticized as cheaply made, and customers report durability issues with the hose blowing apart after 2 days and the main shower head rupturing. Moreover, the leakage problem is significant, with water spraying from the flat showerhead and the handheld wand leaking badly. The adjustability receives mixed feedback, with customers loving the adjustability but noting that the rainfall head doesn’t switch between settings.
