Customers find the steam mop effective and appreciate that it cleans without harsh chemicals, making floors clean and shiny. Moreover, they like its ease of use and find it worth the money. However, the steam output receives negative feedback, with several customers reporting it doesn’t produce steam. Additionally, durability is a concern as the mop breaks within a year of use, and the cord length is too short.
