This is my very first robot vacuum. I chose one not to expensive but also refurbished in case I hated it, but to my surprise I love it for some who has had back surgery and unable to bend over to get a regular vacuum under stuff it's a life saver. I run it everyday in the 3 rooms everyone is in and bedrooms every other day. I do have hard floors throughout so I can not say how it is on carpet. For anyone that has back problems this has been my life saver I loved it so much that I found one that mops also since this model does not so if you are wanting mopping also go for it this makes my daily cleaning so much easier love it. Make sure to look how many square feet they will do before recharge this one is a bit small and has to recharge before it finishes the mop one I got I did for square footage and it does the entire house before needing recharged.

I can't comment on the vacuum as it was shipped in non-working order (but labeled renewed). It was in mint condition but couldn't complete a single map run and one wheel stopped working altogether. Returned it the day after I opened the box. All manufacturer labels in place when arrived and not a single sign of dirt or scratch. All screws perfectly tightened. Essentially, no sign of ever being repaired.

So far so good! Had a major issue with my dog shedding uncontrollably. I would vacuum twice a day and still was dirty constantly. I friend recommended this and it is doing great! I can remotely have it clean the house while at work as many times I want and come to a clean house! Is a bit noisy but so are all vacuums. Love the feature of self-emptying so I don’t have to do it every time I vacuum, just once a week. Was a little hesitant to buy refurbished due to comments here but it is working great and saved a ton!

OMG, I love this thing so much! The first time you use it, it maps your house, and you can actually set no go zones manually in the app! You can connect to Alexa, and just tell her to turn it on for you! My old Roomba (5 years) had to be emptied after each cleaning, and was always getting stuck under furniture, and had trouble finding its way home. Not the shark! Cleans everything, empties itself, and always makes it home. Highly recommend!

Do not buy refurbished. This didn’t work, could not be programmed and instructions were in Spanish. Thought this would be a good buy since it’s only for a guest bedroom and bath. Didn’t work from day 1. It is on its way back. Buying one for full price that I know will work.

Holy cow this thing is so loud! You can barely have a conversation if it’s in the room I don’t know if I’m going to keep it. It just replaced an older model that started having errors, but this thing is so unbelievably loud even if it cleans, I can’t be home while it’s cleaning. I already want to package it back up and send it back, and I literally just opened it less than an hour ago.
