Customers report that the steamer works well on dress shirts and pants, heats up quickly, and produces impressive steam output. However, the reliability is mixed, with some saying it works well while others report it stops working every minute. Moreover, the steam speed receives mixed feedback – while some find it quick, others say it takes too long to steam an item. Additionally, customers disagree on wrinkle removal effectiveness, with some getting all wrinkles out while others say it doesn’t work at all. The durability is concerning as units break down after a short time, and there are issues with leakage, with customers reporting water spitting and spuddering out. Value for money is also mixed, with some considering it a great product for the price while others say it’s not worth the cost.
