The soundbar has only static or no sound when watching TV, what’s the problem?

Please note that you must access the settings menu on both your TV and streaming device(e.g., Roku Box, Fire Stick)separately and set the audio output mode to PCM/STEREO and switch your TV’s audio output to the external speakers.

My remote is broken , how do l get a replacement remote?

A free remote can be provided as per your request.

How is the soundbar compatible with Fire TV/Stick, Roku Box/TV, and Google Chromecast remotes?

Please refer to the video for setup instructions regarding remotes compatible with Fire Stick/TV and Google Chromecast. Additional remotes compatible with Roku box or Roku TVs can be provided as per your request(Not compatible with ROKU Stick).

Still can’t control the soundbar with the TV remote after connecting via TV-ARC?

Please go to the settings menu on both your TV and your streaming device (such as Fire Stick, Roku Box, etc.) and enable HDMI-CEC.

Can I connect an additional subwoofer?

The soundbar can be connected to an active subwoofer via the SUBOUT port. Please make sure to identify the type of SUBOUT port before purchasing a subwoofer connection cable.

Various Connections – Connect via TV-ARC, Optical, or AUX for stable wired audio, plus Bluetooth 5.3 for wireless streaming from your phone. It is also compatible with Amazon Echo series via Bluetooth.
