Customers find the comforter fantastic and nice, with good temperature control that keeps them comfortable throughout the night. The softness and thickness receive mixed feedback – while some love the softness, others say it’s not as fluffy as expected, and while some appreciate the thickness, others find it thin. The size is generally good for queen beds in guest rooms, though opinions vary. The noise level is problematic, with customers noting a crinkling sound, and the feather count is concerning, with reports of feathers coming out of the comforter.
