Customers find the robotic vacuum performs exceptionally well, transforming their cleaning routine and effectively mopping floors. The device’s LiDAR mapping system works very well, and customers appreciate its quiet operation. However, reliability is a concern as the robot stops working after a year, and customers disagree on whether it’s worth the price. Additionally, while some customers report the device doesn’t get stuck, others mention it gets trapped on occasion.
