Customers find these pillows to be of good quality, offering great value for money, and appreciate their appearance, noting they look full and nice on the bed. They sleep better with them, waking up without neck pain. The softness and flatness receive mixed feedback – while some find them fluffy, others say they’re too firm, and while some say they don’t go flat, others report they flatten like pancakes. The support and feather containment aspects also get mixed reviews, with some saying they provide good support and no feathers poking out, while others find them lacking in support and report feathers poking through.
