Customers find the puppy bumper effective at keeping dogs safely inside fences, particularly for those that like to escape through gates and deck railings. The product is easy to put on and take off, and customers say their dogs don’t mind wearing it. However, durability is a concern as the material often rips after a month of use, though customers still consider it worth the money.
