Customers find the pet door easy to install and appreciate its functionality, particularly how well it works in sun rooms and for both large and small dogs. Moreover, they like its appearance and ease of use, with dogs quickly learning to use it. However, durability is a concern as the plastic outer flap breaks within six months. Additionally, the flap seal receives mixed feedback, with some saying it forms a good seal while others report it doesn’t close properly. The fit is also mixed, with some saying it’s perfect while others find it barely fits through.
