Customers find the vacuum cleaner easy to handle and appreciate its lightweight design. The cleaning performance receives mixed feedback – while it does a good job on household carpets and floors, some customers note it doesn’t pull up as much debris from surfaces. The effectiveness and value for money are also mixed, with some saying it works well and is good enough for the price, while others report it stops working during use and consider it not worth the cost. The handle durability is concerning, with multiple customers reporting it breaking off within months of use.
