Customers find the office chair excellent in quality and comfortable, with good back support and perfect size. Assembly experiences are mixed, with some finding it super easy to put together while others find it very difficult. The chair’s sturdiness and value for money receive mixed feedback – while some find it sturdy and good for the price, others report it falling apart and consider it not worth the money. The recline feature is problematic, with customers noting it doesn’t lean back as advertised and doesn’t go up and down properly.
