Customers find the garage door keypad easy to mount without drilling and appreciate its functionality. However, the battery life is poor, taking 12 hours to charge, and customers consider it expensive and not worth the money. Moreover, connectivity issues are significant, with customers reporting WiFi connection drops and inability to use the app to open or close the door. The video quality receives mixed feedback, with some praising the clear picture while others find it not worth the subscription cost. Compatibility is also mixed, as it works well with MyQ systems but doesn’t work with Wayne Dalton garage door openers and doesn’t integrate with Alexa or Google Home.
