Customers find the footrest comfortable, making their workday more pleasant, and appreciate its functionality, with one customer noting it helps with lower back pain. The adjustability receives mixed feedback – while customers can adjust height and angle, one mentions it doesn’t lock in place. The durability is concerning, with multiple customers reporting it breaks easily and feels wobbly.
