Customers find the water leak detector effective, noting it saved them from flooding and provides timely notifications. The device measures temperature and humidity accurately, and customers consider it worth the price. However, customers report mixed experiences with connectivity, setup, and reliability, with some units failing after one month. Battery life is also a concern, with customers reporting batteries lasting less than three months.
