Customers find the smart light bulbs easy to set up and appreciate the user-friendly Meross app. However, they report mixed experiences with compatibility, with some seamlessly integrating with Apple Home while others struggle to connect. The brightness, color customization, and value for money receive mixed feedback, with some loving the bulbs while others find them poor quality. Moreover, reliability is a concern as some units stop working randomly, and the lifespan is short, with customers reporting they didn’t last more than three months.
