Customers find the smart plug easy to set up and appreciate its ability to control each outlet independently, making it great for outdoor lights and holiday decorations. The connectivity receives mixed feedback – while it works well with Apple HomeKit, some customers report it won’t connect to the Meross app. Moreover, the reliability is concerning as units stop working after 6 weeks, and the weather resistance is mixed, with some finding it very weatherproof while others note it’s only water-resistant from above. Additionally, the value for money and HomeKit compatibility also receive mixed reviews.
