Are toddler scissors sharp enough for cardboard?
No, toddler scissors are designed only for soft materials like paper and playdough. The safety-focused plastic blades are perfect for preschool crafts but will not cut through thick cardboard or heavy materials.
Can left-handed kids use toddler scissors?
Yes, toddler scissors are ambidextrous and work perfectly for left-handed children. The ergonomic design and built-in spring ensure toddler scissors are comfortable and easy to operate for preschoolers of any hand orientation.
Do toddler scissors come with a storage case?
No, a storage case is not included. This set provides 4 pairs of toddler scissors in assorted colors. While toddler scissors arrive as a bulk pack, they are easy to organize in a standard bin, drawer, or craft container for classroom use.

Customers find these safety scissors excellent for children, particularly toddlers, and appreciate their safety features. However, the cutting performance receives mixed feedback – while some say they cut paper fine, others report they don’t cut at all. Moreover, functionality and ease of use are mixed aspects, with some saying they work well and are easy to use, while others find them ineffective and frustrating to operate. Additionally, durability is a concern as the scissors break apart within minutes of use, and customers disagree on the value for money.
