Customers find the garage control easy to install, taking about 15 minutes to complete, and appreciate its functionality, with one customer noting it alerts them if the garage door is left open. The remote control feature allows opening and closing from across the country, and customers consider it a great product. While some customers consider it a good value, others say not to buy it, and the connectivity receives mixed feedback. Additionally, reliability is a concern as the device drops offline regularly and the door sensor doesn’t last a month.
