Customers find the lawn mower effective at dethatching, removing large amounts of dead grass and weeds, and appreciate its ease of use, with one noting it works better than hand tools. The mower is lightweight and easy to assemble, though customers report durability issues with it breaking within a day of use. The bag size receives criticism for being too small, and power performance is mixed, with some finding it very powerful while others say it’s underpowered.
