Customers find the office chair to be of excellent quality, comfortable, and easy to assemble, with one customer noting it helped relieve their back pain. The appearance receives positive feedback, with one mentioning it looks and feels like a $500 chair. However, durability and material quality show mixed results – while some say it’s holding up well, others report the material falling apart within a year. Moreover, stability is a concern as the chair feels like it’s leaning forward and wobbles side to side, and opinions on value are divided between those who find it worth the money and those who feel it’s not what they expected for $300.
