Customers find the office chair to be well-built and comfortable, with one noting the steel spine within the legs for additional strength. The firmness receives mixed feedback, with some finding it well-cushioned while others say it’s less soft than expected, and the lumbar support is almost nonexistent according to several reviews. Moreover, durability is a concern as the fake leather falls apart after three years, and the recline feature is problematic as the chair does not lean back properly. Value for money is also mixed, with some considering it worth the price while others find the quality lacking for the cost.
