Customers find these door knobs to be of good quality and appreciate their appearance, with one customer noting how the black hinges and knobs updated their white doors. They are easy to install and update homes. However, the functionality receives mixed reviews – while some say they work smoothly, others report issues with locks not working properly. Moreover, durability is a concern as the black paint scratches easily and starts peeling off after a year.
