The device is powerful for its size, with one customer noting it can chop anything needed in the kitchen, and another mentioning it can chop an onion in seconds. However, the functionality receives mixed feedback, with some saying it works like a gem while others report it doesn’t turn on. Durability is also mixed, with some units lasting three years without breaking while others report the lid breaking on first use. The overall quality receives negative feedback from multiple customers.
