Customers find the carpet cleaner easy to use and appreciate its lightweight design, with the machine effectively removing dirt and dander from carpets. However, the water capacity receives mixed feedback – while some note it’s bigger than most, others say it’s too small for large areas. Moreover, the water tank durability is concerning, with multiple reports of it cracking before first use. Additionally, customers report issues with leakage and insufficient water output. Value for money opinions are divided, with some finding it worth the price while others consider it a poor investment.
