Customers find this vacuum cleaner performs exceptionally well, with incredible suction and effective cleaning on both carpets and bare floors, particularly good at picking up pet hair. They appreciate its maneuverability in tight spaces and consider it a great budget option. However, durability is a concern as many report it breaking within 6 months, and reliability is mixed with some units working well while others completely stop working.
